Great news!
So, I thought my computer had to be wiped because downloading Yume Nikki messed up the hard drive.
Turns out that this is not the case!
My mom had recently updated the security system for my computer, and it was supposed to unload the old version and then install the new one. it pulled this odd trick where it didn’t entirely remove the older version and installed the other version on top...

Opinion time
so the jokes about Irene - not cool. Houses were ruined, people died, most notably a little 11-year-old boy killed by a tree.
The jokes about the earthquake, I never had any issue with, since in all honesty I never saw any damage regarding anything serious. Shaken shelves, a broken object or two, and no deaths I’ve heard of.
